TRUST ADMINISTRATION

Usually trust administration begins after death or incapacitation of a settlor/trustor (the person who created the trust). There are many different roles in trust administration.

If you are a trustee, I will guide you through the trust administration so that the process is the least stressful and most effective. If there is a need to file a court petition, I will appear at any court hearings on your behalf.

If you are a beneficiary, I will be sure your right of inheritance is not violated. If the court’s involvement is necessary, I will file the proper documents with the court and appear at the hearings.
